This app is a mess. Not even talking about the translation part...
App's handling of the English setting is really not good, as it inexplicably switched from English to Chinese on its own, and even while in English, I cannot translate Chinese text to English, which I can do with the website in a browser.
For non-Chinese speakers I personally think this is a disaster. By luck I would say, I found the English switch. I was able to log in but it switched the app back to Chinese. I change it back to English but then I am logged out again... They also shouldn't fire their translator half-way. A one-star is overrated.
Let me try to understand... Carrefour is an international company, TW has been working toward official multilingual status for over a decade, all aisles are CN/EN, AND I can encounter clerks who speak English. However, Carrefour TW can't produce a reasonably bi-/ multilingual app. Instead, one must already be fluent in Chinese to navigate deep into the menu to switch it to "English". Then, the switch to "English" makes the app... About 30% EN because all products and categories are in Chinese.
some English would be great. You give 60s to enter the security code for ordering. But the SMS always takes about 50s to arrive - please increase the timer or fix the SMS speed (The bank SMS is received within few seconds).

Always have problems with this app, couldn't update, try deleted it and couldn't download.
